Wendy Cluff
Owner/LPN/MDS Coordinator RAC-CT
Wendy has over 15 years as a MDS Coordinator and over 25 years as a SNF Nurse.
Her knowledge and work ethic has earned her several Outstanding MDS Coordinator of the Year Awards. Wendy and Ray founded Always MDS back in 2018 and have helped over 40 SNF's in 7 states. Wendy has 3 sons whom she is very proud of! She enjoys traveling, boating and motorcycles.

Ray Francis
Owner/Operations
Ray started his medical career as a lab tech. He eventually became co-owner for a paramedical company and managed 38 nurses and 7 doctors within 5 western states. Ray has 1 daughter and enjoys guitars, motorcycles and wake surfing.
MDS Coordinators
All of our nurses are RAC-CT certified.
MDS Coordinators continue to need further education with new policies and procedures that regulate their positions. Rest assured our nurses are up to date with all new regulations needed to ensure your case mix increases.
